I ordered an item from Truck Add On`s and had to return it because it wouldn`t fit. I`ve been jerked around by the returns department for over a month now. The return department seems like they don`t want to have anything to do with you. They refuse to return calls, get crappy with their emails ect. Has anyone else had problems with them?

You will find plenty of info.

I went on the BBB where they are and they have a ton of complaints. I guess I should have done my homework first.

I`ve actually been to their store in lexington ky (trailblazers) and made a purchase. I wasn`t happy with the product and looked into returning it. But, the return policy made me wanna throw up, be sure to read it. 20% restocking fee?
Anyways, it wasn`t a big purchase, but still not a happy customer. I did witness one employee getting very rude on the phone with a customer, and heard what he said after he hung up. That is when I looked them up on BBB.

Thanks for letting us know, I wont be buying anything from them either sounds like they are a rip off. I like stylingtrucks.com , I got allot of stuff from them and never had a complaint. I try to do some research before I buy something from a company I don`t know much about. Too many scamers now in days. Don`t give up call them and give them a piece of your mind.

Well, Truck Add On`s (also known as Trail Blazers) is on my "crap" list of vendors. They`ll never see a dollar out of me. Thanks for the advice.
You should send the link for this post to them.
