I have a 2006 Silverado 5.3 motot thinking about putting on a Spectre model 9900 cold air intake has anyone had any problems with this brand *or* any suggestions that can help me.

love mine.....truck seemed to breath so much better. no lights. for the price not bad at all.compare the cfm and all that info to others.

I have one on my 2004 and the upper cooling hose does seem to rub a bit. Looks great otherwise. If anyone else has a fix please let me know.

I just installed mine today and I can already tell a difference. Truck breaths better and runs a whole lot better too. For the price, $117 shipped, you cant beat it.

Best CAI on the market. does the same thing every other one does. i would switch the filter with a KNN one tho.

it`s awesome for the price. same thing as a K&N for half the price. Jegs has good deals, but i found mine on Amazon for $87 shipped. No complaints yet,have had it for about a month

Is the Spectre a complete replacement or does it just replace the box and filer. I have been following what everyone is wirting was just trying to make decide what to do.
