As you may know, we had a major hardware failure this past Thursday. In the interest of progress, we decided to put what we have running back online. Cleaning a chrome exhaust tip
I have those little bumps and the black around the tip so what should i use? I was told just to use some steel wool and then put a good coat of chrome polish on after but i don``t to scrat...

I have a 97 1500 I am running 2 batteries to operate stereo, alarm and winch ext.. I purched a 140 amp alternator to help with the extra load. my existing alternator has a single brown wire that goes to the charge indicator. and the new alternator has 3 black wires coming from the plug.
my question is which of the three wires is for the charge indicator and what are the other 2 wires for??
